Issue: Barcode generated in BI Publisher Report but Not Scannable in OTM

Summary:

We are attempting to generate a barcode in a BI Publisher report. In our RTF template, we tested several barcode fonts—including Code 128, Libre Barcode 39 Extended, IDAutomationC128L, and 3 of 9 Barcode (3OF9_NEW)—and applied them to the field where the barcode should be generated.

We also uploaded the corresponding .ttf font files into OTM font mappings, ensuring that the font names in MS Word exactly match the names configured in OTM.

With this setup, the report successfully displays a barcode; however, none of the generated barcodes are scannable. We tested multiple online barcode scanners and mobile apps, but all of them returned the same message:
