Best method of updating Assignment Date and Due Date fields

Summary:

We currently assign mandatory training courses, and offerings of these courses, to staff using learning initiatives. These learning initiatives refer to an analysis report that identifies the learner audience.

Upon completion, a new offering of the course is assigned to the learner as per the initiative settings. The activities for each of these courses is an elearning package, in the form of a SCORM file.

We have added a new version of the SCORM file as a new activity and have deleted the old activity, so that any learners who enroll on the course will now view the updated elearning materials.
