unable to select the agent in guided journey while creating Work Instructions for an Operation in manufacturing

Followed the steps mentioned in release readiness doc for manufacturing to create work instructions for an operation.

1.Created document and published.

2.I have created agent & tool and published

3.came to Guided journey and trying to add Task, not able to select the Agent which was published from the lov.

The LOV is not showing anything. tried RAG agent and work flow
