Oracle Fusion AI Agent is not returning the exact error message on Failure.

Summary:

Hi, we have built one AI Agent for creating requisition. The agent works fine and creates requisition until there are no data issues. However, in case of data issues like incorrect preparer passed then the create requisition will fail as expected. However, in response to the user a generic message is returned and displayed "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk." Instead of this we want to display the actual error details to the user in the reply message. ex - "No matching records were found for the value provided for the
