Send Onboarding Journey Notifications to Home Email for Pending Workers

Hi everyone,

When we trigger onboarding for pending workers, all notifications are sent to the worker email. But pending workers usually don’t have a worker email yet. Their home email is available, but Oracle doesn’t seem to use it. Is there any way to:

• Send onboarding notifications to the home email instead of worker email, or
• Configure which email address should be used for pending workers?

Has anyone implemented a workaround for this?
