Unable to generate burden costs

Summary:

We have a business requirement calculate burden costs on labour cost transactions and we would require burden costs to be created as a separate line so we can control accounting entries with different rules. I created a project type with “enable burdening”. Project type was included in the project template. Created a project and I uploaded some time transactions. Costs were successfully imported. But burden costs were not

calculated even after running ess job “Generate Burden Costs”. I also noticed “View burden cost details” page is disabled on project expenditure item. I also ran a burden test, but the burden multiplier is not derived automatically for the concerned expenditure organisation and the expenditure type.
