Hi All,

Can you please help us to find the groovy script which will show the content/message updated by agent into the email to the employee when the SR is updated.

Currently, we are using below code and its shows the message as "The Service Request has been Updated" in the email. However, is it possible to fetch the comments which are added by Agents in the email.
