Which report is responsible for managing the approval notification in the application and the email

Summary:

We would like to add the supplier name to the report that manages the sending of approval notifications.
The goal is to display the supplier name in both the in-application notification content and the email content.

We have already:

• Placed the report in the Custom folder
• Added the supplier name field to the RTF template

However, the modification does not appear in either the notification content or the email body.

We are not sure whether:

• We are using the correct report, or
• Additional configuration is required for the change to be applied.
