issue with microsoft teams integration

We are facing a recurring issue while validating MS Teams in the “Configure External Provider” setup. The account name, admin username, Tenant ID, and Client ID have been correctly provided and confirmed by both the MS Teams vendor and the business team.

However, we still encounter the following error:
“The external content provider couldn’t validate the provided tenant value.”

Do we have any troubleshooting documentation or suggested solutions for this? Please share your feedback at the earliest, as this has been stuck for quite some time in SIT and needs to move to UAT now.
