Duplicate Data Row Issue for Specialization Learning Records

We have observed a peculiar case where an additional row of data is getting created for the same record that was uploaded. It appears as an ESS run for specialization learning records.

Do you have any idea why this issue might be occurring? Please share your insights or any possible resolutions.
