requisition is still in Order processing. But actually, it was removed from Purchase order. But

in Self Service Procurement

Requisition is still in Order processing. But actually, it was removed from Purchase order. But when I search in Manage order with Requisition it is showing it is still attached to PO. Strange thing is in PO I am unable to any requisition attached. Also, I am unable to see this PR in process requisition.
