Weekly Demand Lags not pulling data?

We have created a number of weekly lags measures for FCA. (Lag 1-8 weeks) The measures are not pulling in data consistently, if at all. For instance, we created an 8 week lag measure and it had data last week, but this we after the build archive run there is no data in the measure? We also have a 5 week lag measure and it is showing data today, but last week had no data even though it was started 10-8-25. Here is an example of the 3 week measure expression.
