Not able to restrict users in 'delegated to' LOV in role delegation section in ERP oracle cloud

Requirement is to restrict users to delegate role and approval only to the user from their own legal entity, but it is not working even after applying the seurity profile restrictions. I have tried even the below scenario where we have restricted the person security profile to 'view own record' only.
Selected 'view own record' for Person security and Public Person security profiles on Employee seeded role and assigned to user but all the person records are available in the user LOV for role delegation and approval delegation.
Me > Roles and Delegations > Role Delegation > 'Delegated to' dropdown
Me > Roles and Delegations > Approval Delegation > 'Delegated to' dropdown
