Absence Approval Cleanup

Hi,
We have a requirement to approve the existing pending absence approvals for both active and inactive users in Oracle Cloud.

For example, we currently have around 3,000 and above absence approvals pending in BPM Workflow. We followed the steps below to approve these transactions, but encountered several issues.

Option 1
We used HDL to mark the pending absence approvals as completed. However, this only updated the front end and did not clear the approvals from BPM Workflow. Additionally, some absence type names have changed since the transactions were created, resulting in significant manual effort to correct these issues in HDL.
