How to update value of an existing value set? 25d

Hi

How do we update individual value of a value set using REST API?

I tried following way but it is giving me 404-bad request error.

  1. Get Value Webservice to retrieve old value

https://hddl-dev1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/valueSets/194759/child/values?q=Value='oldvalue'Error
