How to Restrict Users from Editing Supplier Addresses for Other Regions in Oracle Fusion Cloud?

Summary:

We are working on Oracle Fusion Cloud 25D (11.13.25.10.0) Procurement and have a requirement related to supplier address security.

Current Scenario:

Users can edit any supplier address regardless of region.

For example, a user from the UK region can edit supplier addresses for the US or BR, which should not be allowed.

Business Requirement:

• Restrict users so they can only edit addresses for their own region.
• Example:
  • UK user → Can edit UK supplier addresses only.
  • US user → Can edit US supplier addresses only.
• Other region addresses should be read-only or disabled for that user.
