How to create DFF at Create response /Surrogate Response Page

Summary:

Hi,

We have requirement to create DFF at response page. We have created DFF at Negotiation Line Level but it is not visible on Create Response /Create Surrogate Response page.

Use Case: Business need supplier to response the Tax Percentage to be select from the LOV while responding to negotiation.

Please let us know if anyone has done this before.
