How to upload DFF in Position using HDL?

Summary:

We configured DFF in position using the flex field code PER_POSITIONS_DFF. I would like to bulk upload into these fields. Any idea how I can create a hdl template?

I followed the step in to refresh object for position. However, I'm not sure how to proceed to create the hdl template?

Has anyone been able to upload DFF in position through HDL?
