Hide 'Grade' column while creating a Talent Review Meeting

Summary:

We have a issue in displaying the Grade of the employees while a facilitator is adding employees to the Review Population when creating a Talent Review meeting. It is unacceptable for the client to showcase this info in this page as part of data security policies and compliance. We have not found a way to hide this with VBS. Is there a way we can do this - this is a potential showstopper and therefore we need a fix to be able to hide this, thank you!
