Need a confirmation popup to prevent deleting new criteria in User management Role administration

Description (Required):

In EBS 12.2.12, there is a page under user management responsibility, that allows the admin to delete criteria immediatly when they click the "delete criteria" button. As per the best practices across EBS, there is a validation popup to confirm this action.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

In case the admin is clicking on the delete button by mistake, or he realised that he doesnt want to delete the criteria, the button doesnt allow a confirmation step to alert about this action can't be rolled back.
