How can I exclude "Consigned POs" to be auto cleared while applying "Accrual rules"

How can I exclude "Consigned POs" to be auto cleared while applying "Accrual rules"

It's required to create rule to automatic clear accruals which are open for more than 2 years without invoice

AccrualLine.Receipt Age.doubleValue()
same or more than 730
and
AccrualLine.Invoice Age.doubleValue()
is Zero

But after running the request, we found recent POs cleared automatically and these POs related to consigned process. Why this happened? how can I fix it? How can I exclude "Consigned" process to be cleared automatically, while applying accrual rules related to clearing open accruals for more than 2 years
