Has anyone experienced problems with SCORM 1.2 content failing to communicate after 25D is installed?

It seems there is a communication problem in our DEV2 with two different courses. Both courses were previously released worked properly in PROD; however, both required content updates and in both cases, the revised courses are not working properly in DEV2. Considering the timing of these issues and the fact that both were working and used different authoring tools, it seems possible that the problem is release related (DEV2 is running 25D and PROD is still running 25C).
