Entity with less than 50% ownership but overall control not consolidating/eliminating as expected

in Financial Consolidation and Close

Summary:

We have a subsidiary that we want to fully consolidate and have a non controlling interest of > 50% but we're seeing issues with intercompany eliminations

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Above are the settings we have and it consolidates as expected into the total, the NCI is calculated correctly. However balances entered against it as a counterparty in ICP on accounts with a plug are not eliminating until we set the ownership to greater than 50% is there a workround for this or another setting I need to change? Any advice would be appreciated.
