Change Order Affected Object tab is not visible

Summary:

All indexes for all components such as Items, Workflow, Manufacturer, Workflow history has been completed. I can create items, documents, change order in redwood, but i cannot see the remaining tabs such as Affected items tab on the change order. Any idea what is missing ?
