How to adjust the supplier request form in self service procurement

Summary: We would like to add the Tax registration number as a mandatory field in the supplier request form in Self service procurement. We are only looking to do this for the self service supplier requests that the procurement users can fill in when registering a supplier.

Or is it not possible what we are looking for? The field will have to added in this screen:
