Unable to delete the item structure

in Product Management

Getting this error while trying to delete the custom structure in Product Information Management:

"TFS_BOM structure of item A*** cannot be deleted because it is referenced by another item structure."

Tried to find it in the "Where Used" but apparently the structure is not being used anywhere else. What could be the reason?
