Audit trail for reconciliations / history report

Hi,
One of our clients in Sweden need an audit trail or history report on year end reconciliations for their external auditor.
I have tried to set this up in reconciliation overview and also searched through reports but without any success.
What they need is:
- Exact date and time of preparation/submitting of reconciliation.
- Exact date and time of approval of reconciliation.
So either a reconciliation overview table with these two values or a report with complete reconciliation history for one or more organizational unit(s).
