Unable to add an additional approver in Term Template approval hierarchy while submitting.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where a user has created a Term Template and submitted it for approval. As part of the approval process, the approver needs the ability to add additional approvers to the existing approval hierarchy.

I have made the necessary changes in the BPM Worklist, as shown in the attached screenshot but still user unable to add additional participants

Please review and let me know if any further adjustments are required.
