How to run audit reports using API

Hello All,
We are using Oracle fusion HCM application. We have enabled the Audit reports for all our HCM products. Every day I want generate the reports manually and share with the compliance team. I opened SR to check this automation and advised me to use ESS/Schedule process job or API.
As we can't parameterize the date in ESS job, I thought of using API to generate these reports. When i tried to invoke the below API in POST method, I am encountering the 404 error. Could you please advise me what went wrong here. Are these URI's available for HCM? Or are there any prerequisites that i need to perform. Please advise. Thanks.
