Can we enter forecast manually for Oracle Supply Plan? we are using FBDI to load the external forecast initially from the excel file maintained by the planner.

After go live, business/planner cannot use FBDI to load forecast any more, because they are not technical. Neither the IT team wants to own it. So, I am looking for a way where forecast can be manipulated/added for supply plan, without using FBDI or OIC.
