Unable to access Legal Entity Information

in Human Capital Management

We are getting below error when new legal entity is created and post which we update the Legal Identifier code.

We followed below steps.

  • Create LDG
  • Create new LE and associate with new LDG created
  • Created the project for new LE created
  • Went to “Search Legal Entity” task and updated Legal Identifier code.
  • When we come back to “Manage Legal Entity HCM Information” task and try to open new LE created facing the error.

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #6":

The Manage Legal Entity HCM Information task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..
