Error when opening a Workbench

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When I try to open a Workbench via a Link on a Springboard or a Menu I get the error message "Error: The value for parameter layoutGid does not match a valid record." and the WB is not opening, what do I need to change?

Also when I create a new Workbench with the same content and a new user menu I still see that error?
