Subject area for FND Flex values

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP

We have a flex set defiend with values for categories.

This flex field is used as source on invoice as DFF. Payable Subject area is used to design a report and we are using DFF as parameter.

Now wanted to restrict data in DFF based on enable flag of flex values.

Have any one tried this in past and can help with any pointer ?
