Not getting the Manager attributes/condition In Employment Start Date approval workflow

We want to set a condition in the Employment Start Dates Approval workflow such that if the Requestor's Manager name or email equals "XYZ", the request should be auto-approved.

However, we are unable to find the full attribute needed to build this condition. The only available field appears to be RequestorDetails.Request Manager, which doesn’t expose the manager’s name or email for matching.

In contrast, in the Change Working Hours workflow, this works correctly using the condition:
Requestor’s Manager.Manager Name == "XYZ".

Could you please advise how we can achieve the same logic in the Employment Start Dates
