Impact of changing the Time Zone associated with a live Legal Entity ?

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Client is live with multiple pillars like HCM, SCM..

Client wants to have all costing and accounting to be done as per their local time zone. Currently it takes the UTC time zone, as there no time zone specified in the Legal Entity setup.
We suppose that the costing and accounting timestamps would take the local time zone when we specify the time zone in the Legal Entity configuration.

But , since the LEs are vital to HCM pillar modules too, we want to figure out the areas where this would have an impact and plan accordingly.

Could you please guide us in this.
