Are SaaS Usage Metrics & Named User Reports Available for Non-Production Pods

We are in the process of decommissioning Oracle HCM and are currently testing our role-removal process in our UAT environment.

Our goal is to confirm that all user roles and access rights are completely gone after we run our removal process.

We rely on the SaaS Service Usage Metrics Report (PDF) and the Hosted Named User Usage Drill Through Report (XLS) to audit user licenses and access.

Our question is:

Can these specific reports be generated for a particular non-production environment, like our UAT instance?
