Automated Tax Registration Number Validation for Suppliers (25D)

Few questions on this Feature

1 How duplicate registration numer works, as we have interco supplier which have duplicate registration numbers and for this we have enabled Validation level as working and level at third parties.

2 From where we can have  taxPartnerRegistrations details like OperationName, ConnectionPassword, ConnectionUserName, EndpointURL, TaxPartnerName

3 Will this applicable for all countries or only India and European Union (EU) countries
