Get list of All Quote List views for all users

Summary:

I have around 125 users and we want to add some default Quote List views for each user. I cannot se any option where i can get the list of Quote Lists for a specific user nor i am able to update or reorder the columns that are being displayed in the quote list for each view. Can you please help us how can we reorder columns and views for all users in CPQ - In Redwood
