OCI get object storage rest api converts to url encoding for subfolder

Hi Experts

I'm getting 400 bad request error when i'm trying to get object from object storage using REST api if my object is within the sub folder

actual object path within the bucket:
output/ocid1.aidocumentprocessorjob.oc1.iad.amaaaaaacbo4llyaarhgtq7s5tgrgpp2apukk5kx2o4bvkl3fu2r3ee3k4zq/ocuocictrng7_mybucket/results/Loan Letter - Housing_signed (1).pdf.json

What VBCS is sending to OCI:
