Unable to create AP OTP Payment using FBDI for Foreign Currency.

Summary:

Hi,
We are creating OTP payment for Forign currency using Import Payables Payment Request process FBDI template
but it is throwing an error (Rejection Reason) No Conversion rate.
and In FBDI template there is no fields for conversion rate, rate type and date.
Can you please guide.
