Is there a way to get attachment attached to questionnaire response

We need to fetch the attachment which is attached as response to a question. These questions are enabled under guided journeys. Please advise if we have any of the below options:

a) Attachment ID stored anywhere for the question response.

b) Any sample code to get attachment from questionnaire response.
