Redwood Hire Flow – Phone Number Validation Not Reflecting Phone Numbering Plan Settings

In our system, Phone Numbering Plan for Turkey is below :

However, in the Redwood Hire / Employment flows, the phone fields only display a generic character-limit hint (for example: Area Code – Enter 30 or fewer characters, Number – Enter 60 or fewer characters).

These hints do not reflect the configured country rules, and the system does not validate the phone format according to the Phone Numbering Plan.

Is there a way to enable country-based phone validation in Redwood flows? Is this standard functionality?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
