recovery tax account is not getting override while updating recovery rate

We have a requirement to allow user to manaully override the Recovery tax rate at the AP invoice line level. User is able to override the Recovery tax rate, but after overriding also distribution combination is not getting updated as per the new Recovery rate. Is there any setup/option that needs to be enabled to update the distribution combination as per the new Recovery tax rate.

Default recovery rate and distribution:
