How to Delay Rollover Between Absence Plans Until a Specific Date in Oracle Fusion HCM?

We have two accrual absence plans in Oracle Fusion HCM. When an employee loses eligibility for Plan A, the total leave balance should be rolled over or transferred to Plan B.

Currently, when I enable the option "Rollover positive balance to the target plan" under On Loss of Plan Eligibility Within Same Legal Employer, the rollover happens immediately after the eligibility is lost.

Our requirement:
The rollover should not occur immediately. Instead, it should happen on a specific date for all employees, regardless of when they lose eligibility.
