Is it possible to prevent updating old information for projects, revenue events, and billing events?

What I want to do is prevent updating data for past revenue events and billing events.

Example:
Project Number: 70001048
Project Period: 2021/02/01-2021/02/28
Revenue Event Number: 1
Revenue Event Completion Date: 2021/02/01
Amount in Billing Transaction Currency: 180,000

Currently, it is still possible to modify this data, for example, changing the “Amount in Billing Transaction Currency” to 200,000.
I want to control this so that it cannot be changed.
