My Client Groups Appearing Incorrectly for Line Manager Role

We are facing an issue with the custom Line Manager role. When we log in as a user who has only the custom Employee and custom Line Manager roles, the “My Client Groups” section becomes visible, which is incorrect.
Using the Simulate Navigator tool, we identified the privileges causing this behavior:
• For the Manager role, the privilege Request a Position Change is triggering the same issue.
Based on our client’s requirements, Line Managers must have access to the Request a Position Change transaction. Therefore, removing this privilege is not an option. However, if we retain this privilege, the “My Client Groups” section continues to appear for Manager users, which should not happen.
