Serial number not populating in ‘Receive Expected Shipments’ for Transfer Order.

We have a transfer order for a serial-controlled item. The item was shipped. but the destination organization is unable to receive it because, while receiving the item, the serial number is not populating in the ‘Receive Expected Shipments’ screen. We checked the predefined serial number list in the destination organization, and it shows the serial number at the ‘Manage Serial Numbers’ level, but it is not appearing in the ‘Receive Expected Shipments’ screen.
