Best approach post refresh to retain the changes in VBS

Hi There, We are in the process of taking and Instance refresh from PRD-DEV2. However DEV2 is the source amongst the lower POD for VBS. We have 2 branches in there one for ORC while other for GHR. ORC changes had been moved to PROD while GHR changes have not been migrated to any other POD its still under development. Can you confirm if the Refresh from PRD which does not have GHR changes would have any impact…Or can you recommend what is the approach post refresh to retain the changes in VBS?
