We have recently upgraded to Oracle Fusion Cloud Common Technologies and User Experience 25D, which introduces "United Arab Emirates" as a selectable territory in the Set Preferences > General Preferences > Regional page. After switching the territory preference to UAE, we have not observed changes and would like to understand: 1.
