HR is unable to approve an employee's change of address.

in Human Capital Management

In a test environment with HR users, I am trying to approve a change of residential address requested by an employee:

- When I try to approve without entering any comments, the action is successful;

- However, when I click on ‘Approve’, then write a comment and then click on ‘Submit’, I get an error message.

How can this be resolved?
